Completion of GLP pivotal toxicology studies with Charles River 

Aculeus has now completed pivotal toxicology studies of its potent and selective small molecule STING agonist, ACU-0943. These important studies are required before clinical assessment of the drug and were conducted by Charles River Laboratories in Laval, Canada. Together with clinical trial batch manufacture of ACU-0943, Aculeus is well placed to commence a clinical trial in cancer patients commencing in the first half of 2026.
