After a thorough search, Aculeus is excited to announce its collaboration with BioCina, at their Perth based contract manufacturing organisation, to complete the drug product manufacture of its potent and selective small molecule STING agonist, ACU-0943.
The sterile fill and finish of the IV injectable formulation represents a critical step in preparing for the clinical trial of ACU-0943 in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), scheduled to commence in the first half of 2026.
